Aliados es un emulador de CP/M 80 que en vez de emular una máquina y
ejecutar alguna variante de CP/M en ella, emula solamente el microprocesador
y captura todas las llamadas al sistema CP/M para ejecutarlas nativamente.
Actualmente sólo emula una pequeña parte de CP/M, pero con eso llega para
ejecutar muchos programas, como Wordstar, Microsoft Basic, Mallard Basic,
Hi-Tech C, Turbo Pascal y muchos otros.
Aliados no necesita crear imágenes de discos, lee y escribe del sistema de
ficheros nativo todos los ficheros que encajen en las convenciones de
nombres de CP/M.
Aliados is a CP/M 80 emulator that instead of emulate a machine and run some
variant of CP/M on it, emulates only the microprocessor and captures all CP/M
system calls to execute it nativelly. Actually only emulates a small part of
CP/M, but with that already can execute many programas, such as Wordstar,
Micrsoft Basic, Mallard Basic, Hi-Tech C, Turbo Pascal and many others.
Aliados does not need to create disk images, it reads and writes in the
native filesystem all files that match the CP/M name conventions.

Añadido soporte de impresión. El desensamblado ahora incluye las instrucciones indocumentadas que usan los registros IXH, IXL, iYH e IYL.
Printing support added. The disassembler now includes the undocumented instructions that uses the registers IXH, IXL, IYH and IYL.

There is also a NetBSD pkgsrc package available from the NetBSD ftp server.
This versions has many enhancements (now can use all drive letters from A: to P:) but is not finished yet. Use with care.
