This package provides the Modem driver for Windows XP Home/Pro SP2
users. The Modem driver enables or updates the Modem function of
Conexant modem of the following computers:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

INSTALL:
 1. Start Windows.
 2. Logon with administrative privileges.
 3. Extract this package onto the hard drive. The default location
    is C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM
 4. Click Start.
 5. Click Run.
 6  Specify ssetup.EXE with the full path name where you extracted
    the package in the step 3, and click OK.
    Example: C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM\SSETUP.EXE
 7. The device driver will be installed automatically.
      If the message, "Digital Signature Not Found" appears, click 
      the OK button to continue installing.
 8. If needed, restart the system.

UNINSTALL:
 1. Start Windows.
 2. Logon with administrative privileges.
 3. Click Start, and select Control Panel.
 4. In the Control Panel window, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
 5. Select "Motorola SM56 Data Fax Modem".
 6. Click Change/Remove on Windows XP.
 7. Teh device driver will be uninstalled automatically.
 8. If needed, restart the system.

UNATTENDED INSTALL(For <OS'S>):
This is for system administrators use only.

This version has only UNATTENDED INSTALL. 
 1. Start Windows.
 2. Logon with administrative privileges.
 3. Extract this package onto the hard drive. The default location
    is C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM
 4. Click Start.
 5. Click Run.
 6  Specify ssetup.EXE with -noinfo option with the full path name where
    you extracted the package in the step 3, and click OK.
    Example: C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM\ssetup.EXE -noinfo
