To be done:
Updating to HTML 2.0+ when the final spec is released, am currently
adding Netscape capability too.
Altering code so that <BR> and <HR> split between two lines in .sam
file are not ignored. Will mean large chunks re-writing!
Alter macros so date and time codes are retained when tags are
put around a highlighted section.
