Symptoms:
	PHSS_18938:
	1) Incorrect results for {C,D,S,Z}GEMM for certain
	small square matrices when beta=0 and the matrix C
	contains a value that is not a number (NaN).
	2) Incorrect results after using DSLEV1 to add values
	to existing entries of the sparse matrix.
	3) Online user's guides are empty.

Defect Description:
	PHSS_18938:
	1) When the *GEMM routines are called with beta=0 and
	there is a NaN (IEEE Not a Number) in the target matrix
	C, the result matrix C will also contain a NaN.  This is
	erroneous behavior because C should be treated as if it
	contained all zeroes when beta=0.
	2) DSLEV1 replaces values in the sparse matrix instead of
	adding to them.  The correct behavior is for DSLEV1 to add
	values to existing values in the sparse matrix.
	3) The PostScript user's guide files in /opt/mlib/doc are
	empty.  This patch installs PostScript and PDF versions
	of the user's guides in /opt/mlib/doc.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHSS_18938

	5a. For a standalone system, run swinstall to install the
	    patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x match_target=true \
			-s /tmp/PHSS_18938.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in
	/var/adm/sw/patch/PHSS_18938.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, you can create an empty file
	named /var/adm/sw/patch/PATCH_NOSAVE.

	WARNING: If this file exists when a patch is installed, the
	         patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	It is recommended that you move the PHSS_18938.text file to
	/var/adm/sw/patch for future reference.

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:

		dd if=/tmp/PHSS_18938.depot of=/dev/rmt/0m bs=2k
