'prom-aid42.sda' is version 4.2 of 'promenade-aid', a shell program for
the promos code used to program Eproms with the Promenade programmer.
This program works in the 64 mode... if anyone has a 128 version of this,
or any other 'shell' program for programming with the Promenade, please
share it!
