Enhancements/Fixes:

Presario Models 5060, 5062, 5150, 5152, 5153, 5155, 5160, 5190
    - Fixed issue where unit would enter Sleep mode per BIOS timeouts even
when unit was configured to never timeout in Control Panel.
    - Updated Video BIOS to latest version: 4.150TG.
    - Fixed issue with some ISA option ROMs that would corrupt the BIOS boot
code and lock up before booting to the OS.

The following were fixed in SP8461 and are also included in this SoftPaq:
    - Removed feature of putting system into "Soft Off" when loss of AC
power occurred after Windows shutdown. Users were still using
the rear power switch which made the feature confusing. The power
switch needed to be double cycled.
    - Fixed an issue with some USB (Universal Serial Bus) devices.
    - Enhanced DOS support for USB mice and keyboards that do not fully
         conform to the USB specification.

Presario Models 4860 (See Note above), 4862, 4870, 4880, 4882
    - Same as 03/20/98 version in previous SoftPaqs SP8461 and SP7653. If
your System ROM date is 03/20/98, no action is needed. If not,
this update enhances SDRAM Clock timings.

Presario Models 4240ES, 5010, 5015, 5023, 5027, 5030, 5031, 5032,
     5034ES, 5035, 5037, 5038, 5050, 5056, 5170, 5177, 5180, 5192,
     5600, 5610, 5612, 5620, 5630, 5635, 5640

    - Fixed issue of Unknown Video Capture Device showing up under Device
      Manager on some units.

HOW TO USE:

1. Format a 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your
hard drive and change to that directory. The file downloaded
is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the
    SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file.
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette
into a diskette drive to create the ROMPaq diskette.

4. After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded
    file if you wish.

5. Place the ROMPaq diskette into drive A: of the computer you
wish to update and turn on the power or reboot the computer,
allowing it to boot from the diskette.

6. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue.

7. Select the ROM version to be installed.

8. The ROMPaq diskette will automatically update the System ROM and
notify you when the update is finished.

DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER'S POWER DURING THIS PROCESS

9. When the ROM update is finished, you will need to turn the computer
off and back on for the changes to be in effect. Remove the ROMPaq
diskette from the computer. Turn the computer's power switch OFF,
wait 15 seconds, then turn the switch ON again.

IMPORTANT: When the power switch on the back of the unit is switched off, the
power protection features of the power supply require that the
switch be in the off position for up to 15 seconds before
being switched back on. Otherwise, the power supply might not
             turn on.
