Installation procedure :
------------------------

To Install the EMPCI driver -

1. Shut the system and place the adapter(s) into PCI slot(s).

2. Reboot the system.

3. Copy EMPCI.tar into "/" (it is in DOS format, so use 'doscp' or 'ftp')

4. Change directory to "/" and execute "tar xvf EMPCI.tar".
   It will create a directory called "/Disk.EMPCI".

5. Change directory to "/Disk.EMPCI".

6. Run "./Install" to install the EMPCI driver.

   S24EMPCI440 (or, S24EMPCI110) will be copied to "/etc/rc2.d" directory.
   It initilizes the same interrupt number to all the ports (for EM440).

   The "./Install" script itself will run "/etc/confnet.d/configure -i" 
   for configuring IP address(es) to the device(s).

7. Reboot the system.

Uninstallation procedure :
--------------------------

To Uninstall the EMPCI driver -

1. Change directory to "/Disk.EMPCI"

2. Run "./Uninstall" to remove the Driver from your system

3. Shut the system, remove the adapter and reboot.
