1.way:
from a workstation
 check in SYS:SYSTEM\DIBI for a file DIBI2$DV.DAT
        copy NOVADIBI.NLM to SYS:SYSTEM\DIBI
    flag DIBI2$DV.DAT rw
    edit DIBI2$DV.DAT
       add "HP DIBI-2 Tape Driver"                  NOVADIBI
on the server:
     load AHAxxxx or AICxxxx
 load tsa or tsa312 or tsa_400
   scan for new devices  (V3.12 and >)
     load sbackup (problems with sbackup, check the manual) 
               select "HP DIBI-2 Tape Driver"

2.way:
on the server:
        load AHAxxxx or AICxxxx
 load Tapedai.dsk
        load tsa312 or tsa_400
  scan for new devices
    load sbackup (problems with sbackup, check the manual) 

3.way:
on the server: (only for AHA154x and AHA1640)
      load Adaptec.nlm port=xxx buffer=6
      load TSA
        load sbackup  (problems with sbackup, check the manual) 
                       select "TAPEDC00"

load aspicd or cdnaspi
unload aspicd or cdnaspi
load aspicd or cdnaspi again

Explanation:
The first load initializes the controller, unloading and reloading 
allow the init to complete.

Issues with 3.12 and 4.01
=========================

Not seeing all the HD's with install or sys does not mount all the time!!

1. Autoexec.ncf needs to be on C: or A:
2. remove :load ahaxxxx.dsk from startup.ncf
3. add :load ahaxxxx.dsk under internal ipx number in autoexec.ncf
4. add :scan for new devices
