1) Thank you: we owe you this!
2) This is *not* the final release, so no file_id.diz & stuff
3) Please tell the organizers not to release this:
   we will give a final, linked version within days.
   Also some bugs will be fixed.
4) Expect at least one update to this demo during the party,
   so please, keep checking the mail, being on IRC and so.
   In fact the first writing (democratia) is not very clear
   and we have to fix it... but for now that's it.
   When fix this, we'll only send the needed files, not the
   whole demo, of course.
   This is the main reason for it's not linked.
5) I would also like to take part in the gfx compo, the file is
   goldream.zip + goldream.txt, in the directory GFXCOMPO
   If you can take them, take them, please.
6) Thank you again and again forever.

                          IN CASE OF TROUBLE

If the organizers have trouble with this, you should know that:

1) This demo uses 320x240 15 bit, so maybe needs UNIVBE5.3a or better
   In the directory on our ftpsite you also find an *UNPUBLISHED* version
   of UNIVBE6.0 - so take care with it and DON'T distribute it... ;)
   The file is roksdd60.zip
2) This demo needs the (included) DOS4GW, they should know how to use it,
   otherwise please make a DEMOZ.BAT file saying DOS4GW DEMOZ.EXE
   The problem does not occur if they have DOS4GW in the path,
   as it should be. 8)
2) If the organizers decide not to let this demo compete,
   please *get* *the* *disks* *back* and don't let them use the file
   (so we can release it somewhere else)
