ID's QUAKE utilities for DOS

I recompiled ID's QUTILS sources (Dated September 12) for MS DOS with 
DJGPP v2.0.
I had to rearrange the MAKEFILEs for this purpose but everything seems
to be OK. I proceeded several MAPs without problems.
You need a DPMI host to run the programs, like the included CWSDPMI.EXE or
download the complete package from:
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/, it comes with detailed 
instructions about virtual memory settings.
