This is a skin that I made for Quake II.  It's pretty simple, it's just a bunch of neon dots 
all over the skin and once it's used it looks pretty cool.  It looks even better when using
GLQuake2.  Just copy the 2 files into your quake2/baseq2/players/male folder.
