This is a simple GIF file just import it using MedDLe or QuakeMe.
Apply it to a mdl file and you're set.  Don't worry about the image
overlapping.  I did this on purpose so that there's no holes in the
skin :) THANKS.
The reason for this skin?  Because I hate elmo and he's fun
to slap around with an axe.
