Installation: To start, first move all the files into your duke3d directory.
       Rename your user.con to user.xyz (or someting, just not user.bak)
       then, rename the file user.bak to user.con.  To uninstall, simply
       delete readme.txt, chain3.voc, tool.voc, tool.map, and user.bak
       (con).
